- Computed gene connectivity by applying the concept of Gene Rank in R script to help generate hypotheses on gene pathways and uncover insights on gene network development across different organisms
- Implemented interactive GUI visualization software in Java for analyzing gene networks with 1500+ genes to enable visual recognition of patterns and confirmation of hypotheses formed by numerical computation
