Research background

• 2016.04 - Now: Biomaterials: Growth and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells in the acellular matrix of brain tissue. The scaffold of cell micro environment was constructed by using the mixture after the removal of the cells and mixed with the clear colloid, so as to promote the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into neuron like cells.
• 2015.05 - 2017.03: Cytobiology: Regulation mechanism of EphB4 on Kras protein in pancreatic cancer cells. With the help of over expression and gene knockout technique of Kras and EphB4 two gene regulatory interaction. Familiar with cell culture, western- blot and transfection.
